About the Initiative

Study Abroad– an initiative by Karnataka Vocational Training and Skill Development Corporation (KVTSDC) designed to simplify and secure the journey of Karnataka’s youth towards global education. The program aims to guide and support the youth of Karnataka in achieving their dreams of pursuing higher education overseas. With expert counselling, trusted university tie-ups, and personalized assistance, we ensure that every student’s journey towards international education is smooth, transparent, and successful.

At the Study Abroad Expo 2025, three leading international universities entered into direct collaborations with KVTSDC to extend exclusive opportunities for Karnataka’s students.
Through these partnerships, students will now have access to:
• Scholarships of up to 50% for a defined number of candidates each academic year.
• Reserved admission opportunities under the KVTSDC collaboration framework.
• Extended academic and career support through joint initiatives between KVTSDC and the universities.

The University of Western Australia (UWA)
A prestigious world top-100 university, UWA is ranked 77th globally in the QS World University Rankings 2026. Celebrated for its research excellence and global collaborations, UWA offers KVTSDC students exclusive scholarships of:
• Up to AUD $48,000 for undergraduate students in a four-year degree
• Up to AUD $36,000 for undergraduate students in a three-year degree
• Up to AUD $24,000 for postgraduate students in a two-year degree

University of East Anglia (UEA)

Currently ranked 251 in the Times Higher Education World Rankings, UEA has announced two 50% scholarships exclusively for KVTSDC students.
